Description Of Services:
Experience in leading structured discussions and presentations, in order to document processes and workflows and gain knowledge of organization to collect, synthesize, and analyze data/business information. Sound knowledge of various facilitation methods and approaches to facilitate meetings and workshops involving staff and stakeholders at all levels. Experience in Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation; determine issue connectivity and analyze information to translate business priorities into implementable actions Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead consultations with program areas, prepare and present options papers, business cases, and presentations and to provide advice and recommendations to senior management Concrete hands on experiences with several MS Dynamics CRM implementations and CRM development Experience working on complex CRM integrated solutions with systems integrations across servers and platforms Experience working on MS Dynamics CRM migration (on-prem to online) projects Experience in data conversion and import using system tools, and SQL Queries Experience performing database and data integrity verification Experience developing on .NET platform and experience creating MS Dynamics reports Experience creating Functional and Technical specifications documentation and performing QA Create CRM Plug-ins, Pre and Post New/Update/Delete for various business modules. Configure and administrate user accounts, profiles, roles and security. Integrate applications using C#.NET and CRM web services. Experience in converting SOAP APIs to REST Knowledge of complex data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniques Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM architecture and Implementation Methodology 
Lead and facilitated multi-level structured workshops and discussions to gather information from ministry staff, partners and stakeholders through open interactive discussion that drives acceptance and implementation of proposed changes Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis Evaluate, assess and provide strategic analysis of complex information and initiatives and prepare recommendations and solutions that translate business priorities into implementable actions. Design and facilitated workshops, meetings and sessions that bring groups to consensus. Provide recommendations for process improvements, improving quality, optimizing costs, and establishing appropriate process metrics and process controls. Work on configuration of MS Dynamics online and integrate with CRM Power Portal/Azure web application to meet the business requirements Play a hands-on role in the implementation of the MS Dynamics CRM online migration, data migration from on-prem to online; Perform maintenance, support, root cause analysis, and project activities to maintain and implement the system Advise on best practices for CRM processes, user interface, and architecture Create detailed design documents, and update existing documentation ( where required) Participate in JAD/design review sessions Configure and customize CRM, develop .NET webservices using best practices Review Test plan and test cases and assisting testers with testing when required Conduct unit and functional testing of the code Support and provide resolution to UAT defects Provide knowledge transfer before end of contract
