All must have at least 2- 3 years experience
Most should have banking (core banking, corporate, institutional) experience
Retail banking is ok and better than nothing
Capital markets is preferred
Crypto experience is ideal
These will be all manual positions, but anyone with SQL, ETL, Json\Postman\API testing will be high on the list
Anyone with automaton experience or exposure will be ideal, but not required
Must be able to plan and execute tests with minimal direction
Must be a self-starter and require minimal direction for test design, planning, data prep, execution, and defect management
Must be able to use Jira to manage tasks in a QA capacity
Must be an effective communicator
